Alcohol Addiction Treatment

Alcohol is that most sinister of drugs that draws a thin, usually imperceptible line between social use and addictive use. People often do not know when they have become addicted to alcohol - when casual drinking turns to dependency drinking and finally to biochemically-controlled drinking. Indeed, alcohol addicts often rely on alcohol as a crucial component of their personality - without a drink, they simply cannot be themselves.

At Narconon Arrowhead, we help addicted individuals end alcohol abuse and alcoholism by addressing the mental and physical aspects of addiction in our treatment program. Our alcohol treatment program and rehabilitation methodology gives clients all the tools they need to end an addiction that's restricting and threatening their lives and preventing them from reaching their full potential.

Narconon Arrowhead has a success rate of approximately 70%, meaning by far most of our graduates are substance-free two years out of our recovery program.

Our alcohol abuse treatment programs are not only focused on withdrawal from all forms of drinking, but also on helping others escape all forms of substitute addictions through a holistic healing process. This process both frees the body from the alcohol toxins that build up in the liver and restores biochemical equilibrium. At the end of the program, a patient's body will no longer depend on alcohol - or any other controlled substance - to regulate itself.

Narconon Arrowhead's alcohol rehabilitation program also gives patients the mental tools and mental balance to recover from alcohol abuse. When an addicted individual restores mental equilibrium, they are able to take conscious control of their lives and goals and live purposefully. By consciously controlling the direction of their life, clients thus stop alcohol use naturally, purposefully, permanently, and without fear.

Since alcohol is the body's way of inducing relaxation, ease, and escapism, at Narconon we educate patients about the biology of alcohol abuse and teach them to see addiction as a biochemical process that must be regulated. Through withdrawal, emotional counseling, and the reformation of the body's biochemical process, we create a thorough mind/body detoxification approach that frees patients from alcohol addiction, alcohol abuse, and the accompanying cycles that ultimately hold people back from true happiness.
